Mine said that too but it asked for just the number of the street address and then it came up. I submitted 10-6.

Mine says they have no record of it, but I got a little confirmation postcard in the mail? Anyone else has the same problem?

hmm no postcard for me. But I check the status and it is in process. Did you put only your house number for the street address? Don’t put your street name.

Yay! I just got an email from PG with a tracking number for my pink cookware! Such a relief!
It still says no record of submission on the site. I wonder why? I only put my house number… maybe they recorded it wrong?
mine was submitted 10/21 and is processing…hopefully soon! I was just thinking of this the other day and wondering when it would come. Maybe DH can wrap it up for Christmas! lol!
