What size is 3.14 oz? Is that only a two load? If so, that isn’t as good of a deal when I’ve been able to score 32 load all for $2.
i know we won’t know for sure until we have the actual ad and can confirm, but i seriously doubt a 3.14 oz would be almost $3 without the sale. I think it may be 32 loads, i actually haven’t seen any that come smaller than that except for the kinds in the laundromat. i am in the land of doubles and half BOGO so this makes a great deal for me.
I do get doubling, but 3 ounces isn’t very much soap. I just checked my stockpile and most 32 load are 50 ounces. 3 ounces is less than 1/2 a cup.

hi all! I’m new to couponing and am so excited about it although I’m thrown off a bit by the inserts. From the preview today I only had 1 match up?? I would really rather not clip and file all the q’s from the inserts so I know what I have but I deffinatly can’t go through them all each time there is a new sale. any thought??
Get a big folder and file them in order of their date (the date is on the very edge/outer fold of the inserts, very small writing) putting the most recent date in front. A reg. divider works great, you can put the date on the tab!! Than when you know the date of the insert, you got it all labeled by date. Makes it sooo much easier (and quicker)!
Sorry, excuse my bad typing! But using this method keeps you from going thru all your inserts, just search the date given in the matchup!!

yep, there are! some places get em some don’t, and the values vary by region too! you can look into a coupon clipping service if you didn’t get them in your inserts. that’s what’s so great about the preview, I have time to order and get my coupons in!!
I use a 13 pocket coupon holder off ebay (it has stripes!) that i organize alphabetically (like, a-c, d-f, etc) it works really well. i like this organizer a lot too because it fits internet coupons…

Ours have been fine. I usually buy green leave out about 2 days and then when starting to yellow they go into the frig … then they are gone in about 2 more days because they are so juicy! I hope all get better ones!

Ok i know the old yellow flyer is expired, but will publix take those coupons anyway for a certain period of time. I hate when the new ad comes out, and then the publix coupons in the flyers have expired already. You never get to use them.there is coupons in there for the 409 cleaners, and save 2.00 off 2 bags of the starburst and skittles bags. and of course they have expired for the new ad.
Not at my stores but I hear a few do so you should call your store and ask. I find it easier to call than ask in person at the service desk because some CS employees seem to be keeping an eye out for ‘problem customers’ and I would like to avoid that label.
My store takes expired Publix AND competitor q’s forever. I just used the last of my Sara Lee FLIPs from August yesterday. 🙂

since the $2/1 butterfinger, crunch, and wonka variety pack says AND, do you have to buy all three? or just one butter finger [or crunch] AND the wonka variety bag? or will just one of the three suffice?

I’m wondering if the $2 coupon is going to match up for this? The coupon prints with a picture that shows a variety bag that contains butterfinger, crunch & wonka. The wording also implies this. If the sale is just for butterfinger and/or cruch, it may not work. Does anyone know what’s pictured in the ad?

If the in-ad coupon is a manufacturer coupon, then you will get both free. However, you cannot use two store coupons.

Does anyone know if Publix will print a second receipt if you ask? I have two (different) P&G MIRs that need an “original receipt”.
yes they will…just make sure that you ask them when you are paying so that they can tell the register to print 2 because once it’s printed and the sale is closed they can’t print another one. hope this helps
Actually, a second receipt can be printed at that register (as many as 5 receipts later). Also, worse come to worse, you can get a print from the computer with enough information given (with the help of a manager or office cashier).
Yep. I can vouch…all in an effort to stick to Publix’s mission statement of good customer service. I even brought a receipt back the next day and they printed a new original receipt for the items I had MIR once I explained. USUALLY, very helpful.
They will, but I did find out the hard way the 2nd receipt say *duplicate receipt* across the top and a rebate I sent it in on that required an original receipt wouldn’t accept it. Might want to call the MIR and ask first and if they won’t accept it do 2 transactions if poss. Otherwise just let them know as they are ringing you up that you want a 2nd receipt.
I work for publix…. and we will totally print you another. Last time I needed 2 for a rebate I just black marker-ed out the duplicate part or cut it off and it worked fine.
I have submitted “duplicate” original receipts for several rebate offers and have never had any problems. It is still an “original” receipt. I think these rebate processors understand that duplicate receipts are also originals. I have actually started getting duplicate receipts on every shopping trip. Sometimes you just forget what rebates are out there so having an extra original receipt is so darn handy!

yes they will. I work at one of the stores and we got an upgrade on our system recently. So just as long as you ask for it, you are able to have it 🙂 and if you happen to forget, that’s okay.. we can always look it up and print you a copy from the computer.

My publix quit taking ANY competitors coupons… certaining makes the savings not so great. The worst part is that they didn’t post any changes to this affect so you found out as you tried to use the competitors coupons.
Talk to the store manager. You can also print the coupon policy from publix website. They told me something similiar and I went straight to the manager. No problems now
There is no coupon policy on the Publix Website. The stores have discression to accept competitor coupons that make sense for their location. I agree w. talking to the store manager and/or district manager.
what does rolling stand for ?
it means that the expiration date is “rolling,” or it is different based on when you print the coupon….usually 30 days from the day you print.
What does DND5 mean?
DND5 – Does not double/do not double and the code starts with the number 5
Didn’t see any mention of the Hillshire Farm sausage in our Publix sale paper on sale 2/$5. Have a $1/2 any Hillshire Farm Link Sausage 14-16oz or $1/2 Hillshire Farm Rope Sausage 14-16oz in the yellow Publix Bountiful Savings paper PLUS I think there were some Hillshire Farm MFR Q’s in Sunday’s paper… don’t have them handy at the moment so I can’t say which it was in… I think it was a .75/1… looks like a pretty good deal if you have both… thought I would pass along!!
Ok, found the Q. It was a .75/2 MFR in LAST Sunday’s paper.
So $2.50 minus $1/2 Publix Q & .75/2 MFR Q, makes them $1.63 each. Think that’s a great deal for sausage!
The Fast Fixin chicken was 2/$6 @ Gulf Shores Publix. I was about to trash some soon to exp q’s. It was a nice surprise b/c my toddler eats more chicken than anything. And it was the last day of the sale.. so, I’m excited that 2morrow brings the Banquet BOGO.. Hopefully I won’t see the bottom of my freezer for a while. I Heart, I Heart Publix

Just came back from Publix and found that Kraft caramels (14 oz bag) are also BOGO and not listed here. It was extremely hard to find in the ad. I would have never known had I not seen the shelf sign. Look on the BOGO candy page in tiny letters under the ad for the sale on apples.
I also found .70/1 off peelies on boxes of Kelloggs cereals that you can use with the Frosted Mini-Wheats sale.

Try 30078. Saw it there this am. The $2 off won’t work with the publix BOGO though because of the size specific. 21 oz, 24 oz in store but coupon specify 22 oz, 34.6 oz or 48 oz. I’ve checked the store yesterday, manager even helped, could not find the 22 oz size. But, you can still use the $2.50/2 on 20 oz or larger coupon though.

Publix has the BO/GO on the Hallmark cards you can go the a hallmark store ask for a datebook its free and inside there is a BO/GO coupon so you get both free.
you could use the $1 produce target coupon with the fresh express salad Q if you still have them and your store takes it as a competitor coupon, would make for free salad.

Check those bottles before you buy the medleys. I have noticed previously that they say “concentrate from china” near the date stamp. Juice from china kinda creeps me out as a mommy.
Oh…yeah…I still have 2 bottles (one apple, one grape) from a prior sale and see what you are referring to. The mark is on the bottle itself and says “Conc from China” underneath the date stamp but ONLY on my “apple” kind. The grape kind is date stamped on the CAP and does NOT have the China comment. HMMM…I’m with you…I think I’ll e-mail the company for clarification. Might just get comfort on the product and a coupon to boot! 🙂

Yeah I couldn’t find them…but on 10/03 in one of the inserts ( Pink together) there are a ton of coupons for pillsbury rolls. It was a random insert for breast cancer awareness.
So I think the trash bag deal is great this week. The glad odor shield with febreeze 40 ct are $5.49. there is a $1 target and $1 man q for these. Then you get free 3-8 ct glad plastic ware with any glad trash bag purchase over 36 ct from the yellow advantage flyer. These had .50 q’s on them that they let me use since the free is a pub’s q. So for $6 I got 80 trash bags and 6 big gladware containers!!! As a pp noted I could not find anything that matched that $2 candy coupon.
My Publix accept’s Albertson’s coupon’s…The $6.00 off of ten item’s (various listed on coupon one of which was the green giant steamer’s.)
So i purchased ten steamers at 2.39 B1G1F plus I had the .50 cents off of two coupon’s . 2.39 x 5 = $11.95 minus $2.50 and minus $6.00 ..=$3.45 for ten bags of steamers. I heart a great deal…that’s 35 cent’s a bag.
I can’t find the sale in my Publix flyer that’s quoted above for Haas Avacados 10/$10. I was in my store tonight and they’re $1.69 each. Is this is misprint?

I’m in Florida and the avocados aren’t in my ad, either. However, there was a sign that they were 10/$10 on the display and the two I bought went through at a dollar each. Perhaps they didn’t get the proper signage up and they would have gone through the check out at the sale price?
Did good at Publix today. Found Tide Stain release clearanced to $1.75 then had a manufactue Q for $3.00 off, the cashier asked if it was okay to give me $3 and they did! I ♥ Publix! International Delight coffee creamer $2 and $1 off blinkie, yippie. Don’t forget to print the $5 off $25 Rite Aid Q if your store will take it, mine does.

oooh ill have to go stalk the clearance for the tide stain release. I found a 2$ coup in parenting magazine, and normally wouldnt bother buying the stuff-(isnt detergent supposed to be cleaning the clothes?) but for free ill give it a try. My publix’s dont take any competitors coups…everything else has closed down! and Our RIte aids closed years ago.
On a recent trip to Publix, I was told their coupon policy changed. I contacted Publix via email. Within a week, the manager contacted me by phone. Nice to know that you have a voice. The manager was fabulous. Plus, my Publix now accepts Target as a competitor. Yay!
