I found them this morning on a cone shaped display near the front registers. The tearpad is on the other side on the cone and the front of the cone has the Breast Cancer coupons sheet on it. The tearpad was pretty discreet and I almost missed it.
Do you know if the $25 you need to spend is before or after coupons?

How would they know anyway, if coupons were used, since the Publix receipt doesn’t mention what a particular coupon went towards? The receipt just says “Vendor coupon – $1”. If you buy other items, who would know whether the coupon was for a P&G item? I know, not ethical to do if the deal is not after coupon use!
The deal I did today to get my cookware:
Bought 4 tide stain release at 5.99
Bought 4 glade scented oil plugins (needed the overage) BOGO
Bought 6 ramen noodles for fillers (too many coupons)
Bought 1 roll Bounty paper towels at 1.97
Total for p&g products: $25.93
Used:
(2) publix 1/2 glade plugins
(2) BOGO glade refills from 9/26 p&g
(4) tide stain release 3/1 from 9/26 p&g
(4) 1/1 tide from PUBLIX clean in your cart
(1) free bounty paper towel wyb 3 p&g products from clean in cart
(1) 3/5 p&g products
(1) 5 off $25 from family dollar facebook

I had a better deal worked out using glade 1/1 tough odor solutions q from target instead of publix 1/2, but my store was out of the tough odor plugins. Would have been about 0.70 cents overage.
I have checked the 2 Publixes near me (Pensacola) and can barely find any booklets let alone this tear pad. Anyone know where I can find this online so I can get the cookwear too or who I can contact to find it near me? Thanks.

transactions for p & g this morning at riteaid.
I called the phone number posted here somewhere relating to this rebate and was told all you have to do is submit your information on a plain sheet of paper with the following:

I spoke with P&g today on this offer and you do not need a rebate form as tammy b stated before. The stores that i found that are included are HArris teeter, publix and kmart. She said no to walgreens, cvs, riteaid, kroger, walmart and target. hope this helps. she told me a couple other store that i had never heard of. But you can get the info by calling 866-315-2203.
