Woo hoo…Pinecone is back again! For those who missed it yesterday you can now head over and apply to for Pinecone Research! If you have been thinking about signing up for a survey company this is by far my favorite one. Based on the comments yesterday I am not alone 🙂
Pinecone is super simple–they send you surveys you give honest answers and then you get paid! I get my funds deposited directly into my Paypal account. That way when I see a deal I can snag it without having to touch my bank account.

Do you have to declare the incme on your taxes? I can’t seem to find the answer…
I believe this would be considered contract labor and you would receive a 1099-Misc if you make over $600 in one year.
Don’t think you’d have to worry about it then. From what I understand, it’s about $3.00 per survey, maybe twice a month, so that would be less than $100 over a years time.
I signed up a while ago, and have never received a survey… How often do they send them out?
just signed up for pinecone research, you have a great site and I read the Publix sneak peeks faithfully however I am 62 and disabled and don’t know how all these coupon things work, and living on 75.00 a month in food stamps I sure could use some help. I shop Publix faithfully and bogos really help me but I need to learn how your coupon thingy works, HELP !!!!

I have been very hesitant at signing up with any of these kinds of businesses; however, with your approval and success rate of PineCone Research, I registered yesterday and received an email response today to finish my registration by answering a few more questions in order to be put “in queue for my first paid survey”!! Yeah!

It won’t let me sign up. It keeps saying my verification words are wrong. I’ve tried it like 8 times. Is this happening to anyone else?

I signed up, too, but no follow up email, yet. I’m hoping to get one, but I’m not so sure I will, now. :-p Phooey! If you don’t get an email from them within a certain period of time, and you get a chance to sign up again, are you allowed to, or will that void any of your “entries”? Does anyone know? Mysurveys.com kind of bites whale bubbles. LOL It takes forever to get any amount of points. Kind of worthless, really.
I’m not sure of how many times you can apply, but I tried a couple times before and never got in. This time tho, I was accepted…yay!! Got my confirmation email, with ID and password, yesterday so I’m all set. I think they are looking for just a certain age group this time around..?? Not sure, but just keep trying.
Well, I’m 28, so I want that age group to be needed. LOL I haven’t gotten one, so I guess I didn’t get in this time. I did email Karen, though, and she got back right away. She confirmed that if I did not get an email this time, that when it comes around again, I can enter again. So that’s nice to know! 🙂

The email comes from “Karen Scott” with a subject of Welcome to Pinecone….
