ok so i used one of these coupons – it was the 1.00 off for the fresh shaved deli meat today at publix in which i thought was a publix store coupon and stacked with a manufacturers coupon. they said that if the coupon has a bar code then it is not a store coupon and that other stores can choose to accept or decline this coupon. has this happened to anyone else because it says retailers coupon
Look at the barcode–if it starts with a 5 or 9 it is a MQ.
Publix store coupons have an ‘LU’ number that has to be keyed in by the cashier.
