Does anyone know why I keep getting just a pic of the item–but no q–EVERY time I print a Smart Source q?? SO frustrating!!!
Kelly: Have you tried using a different browser? Are you clicking on the actual print button on the page and not on the print button of your browser? Just some thoughts…
Jo: Thanks for the tips–I appreciate you trying to help. I am clicking on the print icon on the SS page, and I have tried to print in both FF & in IE, with the same results. All I ever get is a tiny pic of the item. I have to either go to a friend’s house or the library to use a different computer for SS coupons. I have always been able to print coupons (SS, Brick or otherwise) from my computer, but something changed a few months back. My computer is the same, so I am befuddled! Anyway, thanks again!
