Have you or anyone else had trouble with Publix accepting the FL coups (house brand) on the Publix housebrands? I know that the one on Kennerly did accept them. Then one day about a week ago. Had 2 people in the CS position said that they didn’t. And would not honor them.
I have to say that I have been getting a bunch of mixed responses here lately from one of my stores…and it is kinda driving me nuts! I am happy to adhere to policy if I KNOW the policy…but if they keep changing it on me everytime I come in the store it makes life a bit harder!

Wanted to let you know there is a $1.00 off coupon in the new Summertime savings book that Publix just put out!! It will make them $1.00 per package!
In reference to the first two comments :::
I e-mailed Publix corp. a week ago about my issues with their inconsistencies with coupon policies, and got a crap response about how it is too difficult to have a coupon policy, as there are too many different situations that could occur.
I completely appreciate that Publix doubles coupons and takes competitor coupons, but it is really aggravating that I can’t get a straight answer out of anyone – especially corporate! It is not too hard for other stores to have set policies – why can’t Publix???
