This store will not accept the Richards coupon any more. In addition to that, there seems to be some confusion about the stacking of publix coupons with manufacturer coupons. I just left there in tears after I was rudely told by my cashier and assistant manager Mark that I was not allowed to combine my manufacturer coupons with store coupons. They were so rude that I left there in tears! I called customer service and was told that the only thing that has changed is that they wont take Richards coupons anymore, but that I CAN combine manufacturer coupons with Publix coupons. I am not done with this matter, I will let you know what I find out.
I also had a rude cashier. I was told that I was not allowed to use a coupon that said smartsouce. I could have saved 10.00. On top of that it took her 20 minutes to go through my coupons and question every single one. I will no longer shop at the store again.
